摘要
目的:探讨经皮穿刺射频消融联合GP方案化疗对Ⅲb~Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者血清血清学指标的影响。方法:收集在本院接受治疗的Ⅲb~Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者110例,回顾治疗方案并将其分为接受常规GP方案化疗的对照组患者58例、接受经皮穿刺射频消融联合GP方案化疗的观察组患者52例。对比两组患者的治疗前后血清中肿瘤标志物、血管新生指标、黏附分子含量的差异。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清中肿瘤标志物、血管新生指标、黏附分子含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清中肿瘤标志物Cyfra21-1、ProGRP、SCC-Ag、CA125的含量低于对照组患者;血清中血管新生指标IGF-1、bFGF、EGFR、TF的含量低于对照组患者;血清中黏附分子sICAM-1、sVCAM-1的含量低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:经皮穿刺射频消融联合GP方案能更为有效的降低Ⅲb~Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌的恶性程度。
Objective:To study the effect of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with GP chemotherapy on serum malignant molecule levels in patients with Ⅲb- Ⅳ stage non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A total of 110 patients with Ⅲb-Ⅳ stage non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in Navy General Hospital between July 2013 and August 2016 were collected and divided into the control group(n=58)who received conventional GP chemotherapy and the observation group(n=52)who received percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with GP chemotherapy after the therapies were reviewed.Serum levels of tumor markers,angiogenesis indexes and adhesion molecules before and after treatment were compared between two groups of patients.Results:Before treatment,the differences in serum levels of tumor markers,angiogenesis indexes and adhesion molecules were not statistically significant between two groups of patients(P〈0.05).After treatment,serum levels of tumor markers Cyfra21-1,ProGRP,SCC-Ag and CA125 in observation group were lower than those in control group;serum levels of angiogenesis indexes IGF-1,bFGF,EGFR and TF were lower than those in control group;serum levels of adhesion molecules sICAM-1and sVCAM-1were lower than those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with GP chemotherapy can more effectively reduce the malignant degree ofⅢb- Ⅳ stage non-small cell lung cancer.
