深化“工学结合,校企合作”办学机制创新研究——以化工生物技术专业为例

Study on the innovation of the school running mechanism of "combination of work and study,cooperation between colleges and enterprises"——Taking chemical biotechnology specialty as an Example

"工学结合、校企合作"人才培养模式是我国职业教育改革与发展的方向.阐述了"工学结合、校企合作"的改革创新在高等职业教育中的意义,实现了"政行企校,四轮驱动"的校企合作机制,以化工生物技术专业(锂电池方向)的"工学结合,校企合作"的模式为例,探讨了在课程体系建设、师资队伍培养、订单模式建立、"厂中校"与"校中厂"校内实习实训基地建设等方面的具体做法,从而提高高职教育的人才培养质量和社会认可度.

The talent-cultivation mode of″combination of work and study,cooperation between colleges and enterprises″is the trend of China′s vocational education.This paper discusses the significance of the reform and innovation of″combination of work and study,cooperation of colleges and enterprises″in higher vocational education,and proposes a″government-guild-enterprise-institute four-wheel drive″working mechanism for cooperation between colleges and enterprises.At the same time,taking chemical biotechnology（lithium battery）as an example,the paper further elaborates on the construction of the curriculum system,the training of teachers,the establishment of the ordertraining mode,the construction of intramural and extracurricular practice and training bases,striving to improve the educational quality and social recognition of higher vocational colleges.
