基于校企合作的生产实习作业模块化教学模式研究

近年来,高等职业教育迅速发展,校企合作人才培养模式成为我国高等职业教育的主要模式.高职教育培养的高素质技能型人才应具备实践能力、技术文案写作能力等基本能力,阐述我国高等职业教育校企合作人才培养模式的现状和人才培养的特点,分析"2+1"人才培养模式的弊端,提出生产实习作业模块化的校企合作人才培养模式,实践表明,这种模式实现了理论和实践的融合,更好地发挥了学校在校企合作中理论指导的作用.能为社会和企业培养出更多的高素质人才.

With the rapid development of higher vocational education in recent years,the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation has become the main mode of higher vocational education in our country.Skilled talents with higher qualities should have the essential abilities in practice and technical writing,etc.Here in this article,the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation and the characteristics of talents cultivation have been analyzed,with the disadvantages of″2＋1″talent training mode,putting forward to modular teaching of production practice based on school-enterprise cooperation.Practice shows that this model achieves the integration of theory and practice,and school-enterprise cooperation better plays the role of theoretical guidance,to cultivate more talents for society and enterprises.
