摘要
通过小试聚合模拟研究与对大庆石化公司高密度聚乙烯装置的聚合工艺研究,研制并工业化生产出异形果奶瓶专用树脂。结果表明:专用树脂的熔体流动速率为0.60~0.80g/10min,密度为0.952~0.958g/cm^3;耐环境应力开裂时间大于25h;正己烷提取物不大于2%,卫生性达到国家标准,满足用户生产异形果奶瓶制品需求。
Special resin for the special shape milk bottle was developed and industrialized by simulation study of small-scale polymerization and polymerization process of Daqing petrochemical co. high density polyethylene device. The results show that the melt flow rate of special resin is 0.60;0.80 g/10min and the density is 0. 952;0. 958 g/cm^3. The resistance to environmental stress cracking time is greater than 25 h;and hexane extract is less than 2 ;. Health performance reaches the national standard, and meet the needs of users of the production of special shaped milk bottle.
