摘要 以汽车大型卡车上仪表板为研究对象,对注塑模具的设计流程、设计特点和设计过程中常见的缺陷和关键技术进行分析,设计了一副卡车上仪表板注塑模具。对大型卡车上仪表板大型注塑模的设计过程中涉及到的成型零件、模具结构、浇注系统、侧向抽芯结构、温度控制系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统进行了研究。基于上述分析和研究,使顺序阀热流道技术在大型注塑模具中得到应用。实践生产证明,模具工作稳定,达到了生产要求,生产的塑件质量良好。 Taking the dashboard of large trucks as research object, the design characteristics and design flow of injection mold, and the common defects and key technology in design process were analyzed, and a pair of dashboard injection mold of trucks was designed. The molding parts, die structure, pouring system, lateral core-pulling structure, temperature control system, positioning system and ejection system involved in the design process of large injection mold for dashboard of large trucks were studied. Based on the above analysis and research, the hot runner technique of sequence valve is applied for large injection mold. The actual production proves that the die is stable, and meet production requirements. The plastic part quality of production is good.
