摘要
本文介绍了我国需求响应的实施背景,分析了我国近年各地需求响应试点概况并作出总结。首先分析我国目前需求响应的实施机制特点,从技术及政策两个方面研究我国需求响应发展存在的障碍;然后分析了我国需求响应的基础建设成本、实施机制、实施技术和激励机制中存在的不足,进而提出我国需求响应发展的趋势和建议。
In this paper, the implementation bankground and pilot situation of China＇s demand response in recent years are reviewed, as well as the implementation mechanism. Technical problems and policy barriers occurred during actual development of demand response are analyzed. Finally, as a forward looking thought, some measures are proposed taking reference to the analysis of basic construction cost. imnlernentatinn mechanism, implementation technology and incentive mechanism.
