摘要
通常电力系统对SF_6断路器多采用定期检修的模式来进行预检,此种模式不仅耗费大量的人力物力,而且过度的拆卸检修和频繁操作也降低了SF_6断路器的运行可靠性。随着大量传感技术、智能终端设备的应用,依托状态监测系统来实现SF_6断路器的状态检修新模式,对于降低运维费用、减少停电时间及实现故障风险预控等至关重要。本文将借鉴国内外同类系统设计思路,采用分层分布式架构来实现对全站SF_6断路器的操动机构机械特性、绝缘特性、辅助设备状态等信息的采集、分析和存储功能,从而为SF_6断路器状态检修模式的实现提供数据支撑。
A lot of manpower and resources was consumed by using the regular maintenance of SF6 Circuit Breaker. With the applications of sensing technology, intelligent terminal equipment, the condition-based maintenance of SF6 Circuit Breaker has become possible. Based of drawing lessons from similar system design ideas at home and abroad, the SF6 Circuit Breaker Online Monitoring System Application will be designed in this paper.
