体内硒水平与胃癌相关性的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Selenium Levels in Body and Gastric Cancer

目的:本项研究采用Meta分析,研究体内硒的水平与胃癌(GC)患病风险和死亡风险的相关关系。方法:计算机检索The Cochrane Library、Pub Med、EMbase、MEDLINE、SCI、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库和万方数据库。通过优势比和95%可信区间来评估两者的相关性。结果:本Meta分析纳入7项研究,共16 652名受试者。共7个研究报告了硒的水平与胃癌患病风险分析,固定效应模型Meta分析结果显示,低血清水平患者的胃癌患病风险高于高血清水平患者[OR=1.51,95%CI(1.24,1.84),P<0.001]。共7个研究报告了硒的水平与胃癌的死亡风险分析,固定效应模型Meta分析结果显示,低血清水平患者的胃癌死亡风险高于高血清水平患者[OR=2.13,95%CI(1.52,2.98),P<0.001]。结论:硒的水平与胃癌的患病风险与死亡风险之间呈负相关性。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between selenium levels and the risk of gastric cancer （ GC ） and the risk of death by meta analysis.Method： The Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, MEDLINE, SCI, Wanfang Data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure （ CNKI ） and Chinese biomedical literature database （ CBM ） were searched.The correlation was assessed by odds ratio and 95% confidence interval. Result： A total of 7 sludies with 16 652 subjects were included in this Meta analysis.Seven smdyes reported on the levels of selenium and gastric cancer risk of illness analysis, fixed effects model Meta analysis results showed that low serum levels in patients with gastric cancer risk was higher than the high serum levels in patients[OR=1.51, 95%CI （ 1.24, 1.24 ）, P〈0.001].Seven studies reported on the levels of selenium and gastric cancer mortality risk analysis, fixed effecls model Meta analysis resuhs showed that low serum levels in patients with high serum levels in patients with gastric cancer mortality risk was higher [OR=2.13, 95%C1 （ 1.52, 1.52 ）, P〈0.001].Conclusion： A negative correlation exists between selenium levels and risk of gastric cancer and death risk.
