惠州市民营医院护士职业倦怠调查及应对策略 被引量:1

Investigation and Countermeasures on Occupational Burnout of Nurses in Private Hospitals in Huizhou City

摘要 目的:了解民营医院护士职业倦怠现状及与工作压力的相关性。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,选取2014年5月-2015年7月402名民营医院的女性注册护士为调查对象。采用护士职业倦怠问卷量表、护士工作压力源量表对民营医院护士职业倦怠状况及与工作压力源的相关性进行分析。结果:民营医院护士职业倦怠比一般护士严重;年龄、职称、学历、婚姻状况均对职业倦怠有影响;护士压力源各因素对职业倦有不同程度影响。结论:民营医院护士有更高职业倦怠发生,且不同程度受护士压力源各因素影响,民营护士职业环境有待改善。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between the current situation of occupational burnout and work pressure for nurses in private hospitals.Method: A total of 402 cases of female registered nurses with the adoption of cluster random sampling from May 20]4 to July 2015 in private hospitals were selected as study objects. The correlation between nurses' occupational questionnaire scale, nurses' work pressure source scale, the current situation of occupational burnout for nurses in private hospitals and the sources of work pressure were adopted to make relevant analysis.Result: The occupational burnout of nurses in private hospital was more serious than that of general nurses.Age, professional title, educational background, and marital status had an impact on occupational burnout and the factors of nurses' pressure source have different levels of influence on occupational burnout. Conclusion: Nurses in private hospitals have higher incidence of occupational burnout and are affected by various factors of nurses' stress sources to different degrees so that professional environment of nurses in private hospitals needs to be improved.
