基于PTA量表的学生党员质量评价指标体系设计与运用

Student Party Member Quality Evaluation Index System Design and Application Based on PTA Scale

目前,质量建党已成为常态。嘉兴学院南湖学院人文系不断创新党建工作思路,基于PTA量表分析工具,构建学生党员质量评价指标体系。指标体系在设计上结合人文系的党员培养实际,特别是工学结合、校外合作的特点,优化设计相应的三级考评标准及其权重与分值,将考评内容融入到党员培养的全过程中,不断加强党员的教育管理,形成独具特色的党员动态跟踪教育机制。

At present, the quality of building a party has become the norm. The humanities department party of Nanhu college in Jiaxing university unceasingly innovate ideas of party building work to build the quality evaluation index system of student party members based on the PTA inventory analysis tools. Index system design combines the training of the party members in the humanities department, especially the characteristics of the work-integrated learning, and external cooperation to optimize design of the corresponding level 3 assessment standards and its weights and scores,integrate the appraisal content into the whole process of the party member,develop and strengthen party member＇s education management and form a unique party dynamic tracing education mechanism.
