摘要
酒店服务礼仪课程是中职酒店管理专业的专业基础课,具有较强实践性和规范性,在教学中注重培养学生的礼仪规范和职业能力,以提高学生的综合素质,为酒店行业输送应用的技能型人才。针对实际教学中存在的重理论、轻实践问题,对该课程的教学现状进行分析,并探讨实践教学的改革方法,以适应当前社会对技能应用型酒店管理人才的需求。
"Hotel service etiquette"is the basic course of secondary vocational hotel management with strong practicality and standardization, In teaching, we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' etiquette and professional ability so as to improve the comprehensive quality of students and supply applied technical talents for the hotel industry. However, there are many problems of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice in real teaching. This paper intends to analyze the teaching situation of the course,and actively explore the teaching reform methods in order to meet the needs of the current society for skilled hotel management talents.
