呋喃苯氨酸对犬实验性急性心包填塞的血液动力学影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过动物实验探讨了呋喃苯氮酸(速尿)对急性心包填塞的血液动力学影响。结果表明,呋喃苯氨酸通过静脉扩张及利尿作用使心包填塞的平均右房压(MRAP)、平均肺动脉压(MPAP)和平均心房腔内压(MIPP)最多分别降低40%、39%和42%(P均<0.05)。同时,由于降低心脏前负荷、呋喃苯氨酸使心包填塞的CO和SV分别减少26%和20%(P均<0.05)。因CO下降,代表左室射血阻力的SAR在心包填塞基础上代偿性增高30%(P<0.05)。本文提示,呋喃苯氨酸对急性心包填塞的血液动力学,可产生不良影响,在临床上值得注意。 The hemodynamic effects of furosemide on acute pericardial tamponade in dogs were investigated. The results showed that by its venodilating and diuretic effects, furosemide significantly decreased mean right atrial pressure (MRAP). mean pulmonary wedge pressure (MPWP) and mean intraperieardial pressure (MIPP) by 40%, 39% and 42% respectively (all p<0.05). Due to the reduction of cardiac preload, furosemide induced the decline of cardiac output (CO) and stroke volume (SV) (all p<0.05) by 26% and 20% respectively together with a 30% elevation of systemic vasculars resistance (SVR) (p<0.05). The study indicates that furosemide may have unfavorable hemodynamic effects on acute pericardial tamponade.
