基于单片机的智能化胰岛素冷藏系统

摘要 该系统采用模块化硬件设计方法,以STM32单片机为控制核心,通过数字式温度传感器DS18B20反馈温度参数并利用PID算法控制H桥电路驱动半导体制冷片调节箱体温度,实现了胰岛素的冷藏系统的温度智能调控。箱体温度可通过按键连续调节设置并通过液晶屏实时显示。系统还可以根据患者设定的胰岛素注射时间,定时提醒糖尿病患者按时注射胰岛素。该冷藏系统为糖尿病患者提供了便携、稳定、高度可靠的胰岛素冷藏装置,也可广泛应用于其他医疗恒温设备中。 In order to realize the temperature intelligent control of the insulin refrigeration system, the modularization hardware design method is adopted in this system, the STM32 MCU is taken as the control core, the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to feed back the temperature parameter, and the PID algorithm is employed to control the H-bridge circuit to drive the semiconductor refrigeration chip and adjust the box temperature. The box temperature can be set by means of button continuous adjustment, and displayed through LCD screen in real time. The system can set the insulin injection time according to user's setting, and remind the diabetics to inject the insulin on time. The refrigeration system provides a portable, stable, highly-reliable insulin refrigeration unit for diabetics, and can be widely applied to other medical thermostatic devices.
