精密电子元器件智能化精益制造平台设计与实现

Design and implementation of intelligent lean manufacturing platform for precision electronic components

摘要 针对精密电子元器件制造企业产品制造周期管控问题,以制造执行系统为核心,结合精益生产理论,提出了精密电子元器件智能化精益制造平台架构。为了解决制造过程数据采集和集成,设计了制造过程多源数据主动感知模型,同时根据生产排程的特点及需求,提出了基于制造资源能力的动态排程策略。设计开发了针对精密电子元器件制造企业的智能化精益制造平台,并通过在企业的实际应用证明了方案的可行性。 Aiming at the product manufacturing cycle management of the precision electronic components manufacturing en- terprises, an intelligent lean manufacturing platform framework for precision electronic components is proposed according to the theory of lean production, in which the manufacturing execution system is taken as the kernel. To acquire and integrate the data in the manufacturing process, a multi-source data active perception model for manufacturing process was designed. According to the characteristics and demand of production scheduling, a dynamic scheduling strategy based on manufacturing resource capability is propose. An intelligent lean manufacturing platform of the precision electronic components manufacturing enterprise was designed and developed. The feasibility of the scheme was proved by the practical application of the enterprises.
