摘要 动力电池是混合动力汽车的主要储能元件,对整车的性能具有重要影响。而电池包作为电池模组的载体,则起着保护电池模组正常、安全工作的关键作用,其结构强度是否可靠直接影响整车的安全性。以某混合动力汽车用电池包为研究对象,建立其三维有限元模型,通过Abaqus软件分析电池包结构在6种典型工况下的应力及位移分布情况。基于强度分析结果对电池包结构进行改进设计。仿真结果表明,改进后的电池包结构强度满足混合动力汽车对电池包的强度要求,为电池包产品结构的定型设计提供理论依据。 The power battery is the main energy storage element of hybrid power vehicle, and has an important influence on the vehicle performance. As the carrier of the battery module, the battery pack plays a key role in protecting the normal and safe operation of the battery module, and the reliability of its structure strength affects on the safety of the vehicle directly. The battery pack of a certain type of hybrid power vehicle is taken as the research object to establish its three-dimensional finite element model. The stress and displacement distribution of the battery pack structure under 6 typical working conditions are analyzed with Abaqus software. On the basis of strength analysis results, the improvement design of the battery pack structure was carried out. The simulation results show that the improved structure strength of the battery pack can meet the strength requirement of hybrid power vehicle for battery pack, and provides a theoretical basis for the design type of the battery pack structure.
