摘要 供电模块是电教多媒体设备的基础单元,为了降低电教多媒体设备功耗,进行节能电源设计,提出一种基于分散控制系统的节能电源设计方案。采用低功耗的STM32F101xx芯片作为微处理器中央控制单元,节能电源系统模块包括功率放大模块、驱动模块、过流过压保护模块和接口部分;采用现代MOS技术进行过流过压保护,设置数字隔离器提高电源功能的稳压性能;采用DCS分散控制,降低射频干扰,实现节能电源优化设计。实验结果表明,设计的电教多媒体设备的节能电源具有较高的输出电压峰峰值,功耗较低,供电稳定性较强,节能效果较好。 The power supply module is a basic unit of the electrified-education multimedia equipment. In order to reduce the power consumption of the electrified-education multimedia equipment and design the energy-saving power supply, an energy- saving power supply design scheme based on distributed control system (DCS) is proposed. The low-power consumption STM32F101xx chip is taken as the central control unit of the microprocessor. The energy-saving power supply system module includes the power amplification module, driver module, overcurrent and overvoltage protection module, and interface module. The modern MOS technology is used to conduct the overcurrent and overvoltage protection. The digital isolator is set to improve the voltage stabilization performance of the power supply. The DCS is adopted to reduce the radio frequency interference, and realize the optimization design of the energy-saving power supply. The experimental results show that the designed energy-saving power supply of the electrified-education multimedia equipment has high peak-to-peak value of output voltage, low power consumption, strong power supply stability, and good energy-saving effect.
