三步定眩推拿法治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

Three Steps Fixed Dizzy Massage on 60 Cases of Cervical Vertigo

目的观察三步定眩推拿法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将患者120例按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各60例,治疗组采用三步定眩推拿法治疗,对照组采用针刀疗法治疗。结果两组治疗后症状与功能评分与治疗前比较均改善(均P<0.01),且治疗后治疗组的评分和改善指数均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组患者颅底动脉血流异常情况在治疗后均有不同程度的缓解(均P<0.05);而血流减慢的患者中,治疗组疗效优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良事件及严重不良事件。结论三步定眩推拿法对颈性眩晕有明显治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of three steps fixed dizzy massage therapy on cervical verti- go and explore its mechanism. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with three steps fixed dizzy massage thera- py, and the control group was treated with acupotomy therapy. Results： The scores of the two groups after treat- ment were better than those before treatment （P 〈 0.01）,and the score and improvement index of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）. The abnormal flow of the basilar artery was relieved in different degrees after treatment in both groups （P〈 0.05）. Among the patients with decreased blood flow,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was better than that of the control group （83.33%）（P〈 0.05）. There were no obvious adverse events or serious adverse events in the two groups. Conclusion： Three steps fixed dizzy mas- sage therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo.
