艾灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Moxibustion Combined with Seed-embedding at Otopoints on Uroschesis after Anorectal Operation

目的观察艾灸联合耳穴埋豆对肛肠术后尿潴留患者的效果。方法 80例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组给予肛肠术后尿潴留的常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上采用艾灸联合耳穴埋豆的方法对尿潴留进行干预,观察治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率90.00%;高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.01);试验组治疗后排尿显效时间和有效时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合耳穴埋豆对预防和治疗肛肠术后尿潴留效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of moxibustion combined with seed-embedding at otopoints on uroschesis after anorectal operation. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into the intervention group（n = 40） and the control group （n = 40）. The control group was given routine nursing care of urinary retention after anorectal operation,while on the basis of routine nursing, the experimental group was treated with moxibustion combined with seed-embedding at otopoints. The treatment effects were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90%, higher than that of the control group 50% （P〈 0.01 ）. After treatment,the ef- fective time of urination and the effective time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control gro, np （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Moxibustion combined with seed-embedding at otopoints has a significant effect on uroschesis after anorectal operation.
