雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的疗效及不良反应分析

Efficacy and adverse effects of rabeprazole and clarithromycin combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的探讨分析雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法将2012年1月至2013年1月我院收治的180例胃溃疡患者随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组90例采用克拉霉素、阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合用药治疗;观察组90例采用克拉霉素、阿莫西林、雷贝拉唑联合治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、IL-2水平均改善(P<0.05),观察组患者的CRP、IL-6水平明显低于对照组,IL-2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率为71.11%,观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组患者不良反应总发生率为11.11%,高于观察组的2.22%(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of rabeprazole and clarithromycin combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group （n=90） was given clarithromyein, amoxieillin and omeprazole, while the observation group （n=90） accepted clarithromycin, amoxicillin and rabeprazole combination therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-6 and IL-2 significantly improved in both groups （P〈0.05）; the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, IL-2 level was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the control group was 71.11%, which was lower than 91.11% in the observation group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate in the control group was 11.11%, which was significantly higher than 2.22% in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rabeprazole, elarithromyein combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer is effective, safe, and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
