中药灌肠与盆腔炎治疗仪联合治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine enema and pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的分析中药灌肠与盆腔炎治疗仪联合治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的90例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同将其分为三组:A组(30例)、B组(30例)和C组(30例)。A组患者给予中药灌肠与盆腔炎治疗仪联合治疗,B组患者给予中药灌肠治疗,C组患者给予盆腔炎治疗仪治疗。比较三组慢性盆腔炎患者的治疗总有效率。结果 A组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组患者的临床治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药灌肠与盆腔炎治疗仪联合治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果十分显著,有利于进一步缓解患者的临床症状,促进其快速康复,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema and pelvic inflammatory ther- apeutic apparatus in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods The clinical data of 90 pa- tients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were retro- spectively analyzed. The patients were divided into three groups according to different treatments： group A （30 cases）, group B （30 cases） and group C （30 cases）. The group A was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus, the group B received traditional Chinese medicine enema for treatment, and the group C accepted pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus for treatment. The total effective rates of treatment for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B and the group C （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total effec- tive rate of clinical treatment between the group B and the group C （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pelvic in- flammatory disease is very obvious, which is helpful to further alleviate the clinical symptoms and promote the rapid recov- ery of patients. It is worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.
