硝苯地平联合酚妥拉明及硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of nifedipine combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of gestational hypertension

目的探究硝苯地平联合酚妥拉明及硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效。方法选取我院92例妊娠期高血压患者的临床资料进行研究,按照不同的治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,各46例。研究组给予酚妥拉明复合硝苯地平及硫酸镁治疗,而对照组单纯给予硫酸镁治疗,比较两组患者的舒张压与肾功能指标、新生儿及孕妇结局、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者舒张压与肾功能指标水平均明显改善,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿早产及宫内窘迫发生率低于对照组,孕妇顺产发生率高于对照组;不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压患者行酚妥拉明复合硝苯地平及硫酸镁治疗,可改善舒张压与肾功能指标,改善新生儿与孕妇结局,且药物不良反应发生率低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 92 pregnant women with gestational hypertension in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 46 cases in each group. The study group was given phentolamine combined with nifedipine and magnesium sulfate for treatment, while the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate only. The diastolic blood pressure, indexes of renal function, outcomes of newborns and the mothers and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and renal function indexes of the two groups significantly improved, and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of neonatal premature and intrauterine distress in the study group were lower than those of the control group; the incidence of natural birth in the sudy group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For pregnant women with gestational hypertension, phentolamine combined with nifedipine and magnesium sulfate can improve their diastolic blood pressure and renal function indexes, improve the outcome of newborns and the mothers, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions is low.
