According to the development of public building energy consumption quota management platform and energy efficiency policy in Beijing, analyses the potential advantages and the challenges of the energy consumption quota management system. Furthermore, by investigating the differential electricity price management policy in Beijing, provides some suggestions and prospects to improve and perfect the management platform.
