摘要
本文以水泥粉磨系统改造为出发点,介绍了目前国内水泥粉磨系统运用现状及能耗指标较为先进的三种水泥粉磨系统——三分离部分终粉磨系统,双分离部分终粉磨系统,辊压机与球磨机组成的水泥联合粉磨系统的特点,从设计的角度分析水泥粉磨系统改造需要考虑的因素。
Starting from the reformation of cement grinding system, introduces the current application situation of domestic cement grinding system, and introduces the characteristics of three cement grinding systems with advanced energy consumption index- three-separate finish grinding system, double-separate part-finish grinding system and combined grinding system with roller press and ball mill. Finally, analyses the factors need to consider in the reformation of cement grinding System from the perspective of design.
