NRMC31.3辊式立磨系统没有带PLC的油站控制箱,依靠手动机旁操作效率较低且安全性较差。介绍了NRMC31.3型辊式磨系统加压油站系统和润滑油站系统的控制要求,并就磨辊加压油站系统说明了其实现在SIEMENS PCS7上自动控制的操作流程。
The NRMC31.3 vertical roller grinding system has no oil station control box with PLC, and the efficiency of the side operation is low and the safety is poor. The control requirements of NRMC31.3 type roller mill system, compression station system and lubricating oil station system are introduced. The operation process of automatic control on SIEMENS PCS7 is explained on the roller compression oil station system.
