摘要 环境规制通过要素结构效应、技术进步效应、产业集聚效应三个路径影响碳排放,这三个效应在经济指标上体现为排放密度和经济结构的变化。论文在分析内在影响机制的基础上,利用WIOD数据库,从排放密度和经济结构两个层面量化比较分析中日碳排放的差异得出以下结论:中国经济的直接碳排放密度大幅度高于日本,且这一差异明显高于直接能耗密度;中国高排放行业产出在GDP中所占的比例大幅度高于日本;中国国内排放在完全排放密度中所占的比例大幅度高于日本,在国际分工中集聚了更多排放密集型的价值链节。本文研究在优化能源结构、强化环境规制等方面提供有益启示。 The environmental regulation has impacts on carbon emission by factor composition, technological progress and industrial agglomeration. The effects can be explained by emission intensity and economical composition. On this basis, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the differences of carbon emission between China and Japan and gets the following conclusions by using WIOD database: Direct carbon emission intensity of China' s economy is significantly higher than that of Japan, and this difference is larger than that of direct energy consumption intensity. China' s ratio of high emission industry output in GDP is higher than that of Japan. China' s ratio of domestic emissions in full emission intensity is significantly higher than that of Japan, which means that China is gathering more emission-intensive sections of value chain in the international division of labor. The conclusions has useful revelations on optimizing energy structure, Strengthen environmental regulation etc.
