Discussion on the development strategy of international travel healthcare centers under new situation

新形势下国际旅行卫生保健中心应深入思考其发展思路及其如何在卫生检疫核心能力建设中发挥技术支撑作用。本文通过文献研究、经验总结等方法,总结了国际旅行卫生保健中心的发展现状及其影响因素,提出了新形势下保健中心的发展思路。保健中心作为公益二类事业单位,应结合实际,寻求合适定位,建立适应新形势的发展模式,在为卫生检疫行政执法提供技术保障的同时,利用现有技术平台为社会提供医疗保健服务,促进保健中心持续、稳定向前发展。

It is time to discuss the development strategy of international travel healthcare centers as well as the way how to play the role of technical support during the course of health quarantine core capacity building under new situation. This paper investigated the current situation and influence factors of international travel healthcare centers via document analysis and induction. The development pattern for these international travel healthcare centers were also proposed. Being type II public welfare institutions,international travel healthcare centers should seek appropriate orientation and establish a development pattern which could adapt to the new situation by combining with the current practice. They should not only provide technical support for the administrative enforcement of health quarantine,but also provide healthcare services to the community,which would bring sustainable and stable development for international travel healthcare centers.
