苎麻织物与苎麻/棉混纺织物的防污整理 被引量:2

摘要 为了满足消费者对绿色卫生纺织品的需求,苎麻的防污整理应运而生。实验部分选用维多三防整理剂并以苎麻/棉混纺织物进行相应的对比,通过单因子实验和正交试验,得出苎麻织物的最佳整理工艺为:维多三防试剂质量浓度65 g/L,溶液pH值3,浴比1∶30,浸渍温度25℃、时间50 min,预烘温度80℃、时间5 min,焙烘温度165℃、时间1 min。苎麻/棉混纺织物的最佳整理工艺为:维多三防试剂质量浓度75 g/L,溶液pH值4,浴比1∶30,浸渍温度25℃、时间50 min,预烘温度80℃、时间5 min,焙烘温度155℃、时间1 min。 In order to meet the needs of consumers for green textile, the anti fouling finishing of ramie came into being. The selection finishing agent is WeiDuo agent of experimental, which is contrast the ramie cotton fabric. According to the single factor experiments and orthogonal test, it ultimately determines the optimal finishing technology of ramie fabric. The WeiDuo three anti finishing agent concentration is 65 g/L, the pH value is 3, the bath ratio is 1 : 30, the impregnation temperature is 25 % , and the baking time is 50 rain. The preliminary it drying temperature is 80 ~C , and the time is 5 min. The baking temperature is 165 ~C , and the time is 1 min. Eventually determined the optimal finishing technology of ramie/cotton fabric. The WeiDuo three anti finishing agent concentration is 75 g/L, the pH value is 4, the bath ratio is 1: 30. The impregnation temperature is 25℃ , and the time is 50 min. The preliminary drying temperature is 80℃, and the time is 5 min. The baking temperature of 155℃, and the time is 1 min.
