摘要
海藻酸纤维作为一类重要的生物质纤维,其在实际应用过程中却存在难于染色的难题,阻碍了其成为一类重要的服用纺织纤维。文章提出了以四乙烯五胺为母体结构的多胺型染料作为其染色的专用染料。研究了该类型染料的染色条件对其在海藻酸纤维上的上染百分率、染色牢度和强力性能的影响,并对其染色机制进行了探讨。该染料染色过程不需要加入无机盐,有效地保护了纤维的微观形貌结构和强力性能,且染料的上染百分率可以达到70%,染色牢度优良,为海藻酸纤维专用染料的研究提供了理论和实践基础。
The alginate fiber is an important kind of bio-fibers, its application in the textile field is restricted by its poor dyeing properties. In this research, a polyamine dye with tetraethylenepentamine as main group was proposed to be a special dye for this fiber. The effect of dyeing conditions on the dye adsorption, dyeing fastness and strength property were studied, and the dyeing profile was also discussed. During the dyeing process, this dye need no salt addition, which can protect the fiber structure very well, and the dye adsorption was 70%. The dyeing fastness was also very good. This study may provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of specail dye for alginate fiber.
