摘要
探讨丝素蛋白改性整理对粘胶纤维结构与性能的影响。研究表明,粘胶纤维经过丝素蛋白溶液的改性整理后,纤维的结晶结构依然为纤维素II的晶型结构,纤维的质量增重率与断裂伸长率随着丝素蛋白整理液质量百分数的增加而升高,而纤维断裂强度与结晶度随着丝素蛋白整理液质量百分数的增加而降低,且上述2项指标均在丝素蛋白的质量百分数超过6%时变化幅度减小。对粘胶纤维改性的丝素蛋白质量百分数在6%以内较佳。
Properties of viscose fibers finished by silk fibroin were studied to influence on structures and properties of viscose fibers finished by silk fibroin. Research showed that the crystal structure of viscose fibers were still cellulose Ⅱ after finished by silk fibroin, however, the quality weight gain rate and elongation at break were both increased with mass percentage concentration of silk fibroin rising which were contrary to breaking strength and crystallinity. Meanwhile, the variations all indexes above were all decreased when the mass percent concentration of silk fibroin had been passed 6%. It was believed that the mass percent concentration of silk fibroin should be controlled under 6% to get the better modification effect.
