摘要
针对服装吊挂系统中衣架进出站准确性问题,设计了服装吊挂系统进出站控制方法,提出了进出站延时控制策略。对主传动链上的推杆进行编号,设计衣架进出站的控制流程,分析进出站传输机构动作执行过程中的时间误差,提出衣架延时控制策略,对进出站动作进行精确的时间补偿,提高衣架进出站准确率。通过服装吊挂实际生产应用,对比分析衣架进出站的故障率,提出的进出站控制方法,能满足服装吊挂系统的控制要求,提高了成衣制作效率。
The garment hanger system is used widely in modern industrial production of clothing, and it links up the process automatically. Control strategy of hanger enter-and-out-station is the core factor affecting productivity. To solve the accuracy of hanger enter-and-out-station in the system, this paper designed a control system of hanger enter-and-out-station in hanger system and proposed a method of delay-control for the system. Firstly numbered the pusher in the main drive chain and designed the control flow of the system. Then analyzing the time error in the process of enter-and-out-station action, proposed hangers delay control strategy and make time compensation for action of enter-and-out-station precisely, thus improved the accuracy rate of system. In the practical application, compared with failure rate of the old system, the control method for hanger enter-and-out-station in this paper meet the control requirements of hanger system and improve the efficiency of clothing production.
