摘要
基于富马酸三乙醇酰胺磷酸酯、磺化富马酸三乙醇胺、妥尔油酸三乙醇酰胺和水制备了一种金属切削液再生处理剂,可用于机械加工过程中废旧切削液的再生处理,避免了金属切削液的排放,使切削液循环使用,符合金属加工过程的环保要求。
A reconditioning agent for metal cutting fluid was prepared based on the fumarictriethanolamide phosphate, sulfonation fumaric triethanolamine, talloil acid triethanolamide and the water. Since it can be used for reconditioning of waste cutting fluid during mechanical processing, avoid the emissions of metal cutting fluid and recycle the cutting fluid, it is in line with the environmental protection requirements during metal processing process.
