摘要 基于文物保护工作的特殊性,结合常用伸缩机构的结构特点,设计了适用于X射线成像仪的伸缩型可移动式升降装置。这一装置主要由支撑底座、伸缩梯和承载平台组成,可实现快速升降、平稳停放和自由移动,折叠后尺寸较小,收纳和携带方便。应用计算机软件进行三维建模,并对刚度、强度和动态稳定性进行了校核计算,确认性能满足设计和使用要求。 Based on the particularity of the work of cultural relic protection and in combination with the structural features of the commonly used telescopic mechanism, a telescopic movable lifting device suitable for X-ray imager was designed. This device is mainly composed of support base, telescope ladder and load-bearing platform that can realize quick lifting, smooth parking and free moving. After folding the size is small, for easy storage and carryover. 3D modeling was carried out by computer software while the stiffness, strength and dynamic stability were checked and calculated to confirm that the performance could satisfy design requirements.
