摘要
为解决H企业炒洋葱生产线存在的资源浪费问题,应用工业工程技术对该生产线进行平衡改善。根据流水线平整原则,建立了合理的标准工作时间,在分析生产车间瓶颈工序的基础上,通过动作分析和优化、工作分解等方法改善了生产线的平衡。
In order to solve the wasting of resources in fried onion production line of H enterprise, the industrial engineering technology was used to improve the balance of the production line. According to the principle of production line formation, a reasonable standard for working hours was established. On the basis of analyzing the bottleneck process of the production workshop, the balance of the production line was improved through motion analysis and optimization, work breakdown and so on.
