无底柱分段崩落法悬顶问题分析研究

Study on Hanging Arch Problem of Non-pillar Subleve Caving Method

文章结合查干敖包铁锌矿生产实际,针对无底柱分段崩落法开采,详细分析爆破过程中产生悬顶的原因,提出施工束状中深孔爆破方式处理悬顶事故,现场试验表明,该措施有效解决了查干敖包铁锌矿顶板悬顶,并取得了良好的效果,目前该方式在全矿已全面推广应用。

Combining the reality of Chagan Aobao iron zinc production,without floor pillar sublevel caving mining method,it analyzes detailedly the blasting process and the reason of the roof hanging beam construction of deep hole blasting process suspension roof accident. The field test shows that the measures effectively solved the Chagan Aobao iron zinc roof overhang,and achieved good results,at present it has comprehensive application in mineral sheers.
