摘要
介绍长沙矿冶研究院新型微细粒浮选机的工作原理及特点,并进行实验室试验研究。结果表明,同传统机械搅拌浮选机相比,粗扫选段,新型微细粒浮选机获得的铜粗精矿品位及总回收率均高于机械搅拌浮选机指标;精选段,新型微细粒浮选机获得了更高富集比的铜精矿,选矿效率超机械搅拌浮选机5个百分点以上,新型微细粒浮选机具有富集比高、精选次数少,能够实现节能降耗的特点,是一种应用前景广泛的细粒浮选设备。
The working principle and characteristic of crimm flotation cell were introduced. Experimental results indicated that in comparison with mechanical flotation cell tests obtained higher rough concentrate grade and recovery in the roughing and scavenging stage and higher concentrate grade in the cleaning stage. The mineral processing efficiency raised more than 5% by crimm flotation cell in comparison with mechanical flotation cell. Crimm flotation cell has higher enrichment ratio,saves more energy. Crimm flotation cell will be widely used in fine and ultra-fine flotation.
