摘要 试验采用OPtimal8000DV型ICP-OES光谱仪对钽中磷的测定进行了研究和探讨。对样品中元素的分析谱线、仪器分析参数、准确度和精密度进行了研究,确定了最佳试验条件。方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,操作简单、快捷。 It is reported in this paper that P in tantalum samples can be determined directly by ICP-OES. The experiment factors including spectra of analyzed element,instrument parameters,accuracy and precision were investigated. The relative standard derivation( RSD) is not more than 2. 51%. The method is proved to have good precision and accuracy,and to be simple and rapid.
