摘要
目的探讨分析外固定支架联合有限内固定术治疗高能量创伤性桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的应用效果。方法从我院2014年2月至2016年2月收治的高能量创伤性桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者中随机选取40例患者纳入本次研究,按照入院顺序,将双号作为观察组(n=20),单号作为对照组(n=20),对照组患者采用钢板内固定术治疗,观察组患者采用外固定支架联合有限内固定术治疗,通过治疗优良率、腕关节活动度等评估两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果与对照组患者比较,观察组患者的临床治疗优良率明显更高(P<0.05)。与对照组患者比较,观察组患者的桡骨高度、掌倾角度、桡偏角度均明显更优(P<0.05)。结论针对高能量创伤性桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者,采用外固定支架联合有限内固定术治疗可提高治疗有效率,改善腕关节活动度,力学性能稳定,是比较理想的手术方法之一。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the external fixation combined with limited internal fixation on high-energy traumatic distal radius comminuted fracture. Methods From February 2014 to February 2016, 40 cases of patients with high-energy traumatic distal radius comminuted fracture in our hospital were randomly selected in the study, the double numbers were selected as the observation group (n=20) and the single numbers were selected as the control group (n =20) according to the order of admission. The control group used plate fixation, while the observation group received external fixation combined with limited internal fixation, the treatment excellent rate, wrist activity were compared in the two groups to evaluate the treatment effect. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment excellent rate in the observation group was significantly higher (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the radius height, the palm tilt angle and radial bias angle of the observation group were significantly better (P〈0.05). Conclusion For high-energy traumatic distal radius comminuted fracture, the external fixation combined with limited internal fixation is benefit to increase the treatment efficiency, improve wrist activity, with mechanical stability, it is one of the ideal surgical methods.
