注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

Clinical effect observasion of Yanhuning injection on childhood acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的探讨注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将我院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的急性上呼吸感染患儿2 000例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各1 000例。研究组患儿给予炎琥宁静脉滴注,对照组患儿给予利巴韦林进行静脉滴注,观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果研究组患儿临床总有效率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的88.50%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患儿退热、咽喉红肿、止涕及咳嗽等症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论注射用炎琥宁能够迅速减轻急性上呼吸道感染的临床症状和体征,效果显著,无明显的毒副作用,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yanhuning injection on childhood acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Two thousand cases of patients with acute upper respiratory infection in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 1 000 cases in each group. The study group was given intravenous infusion Yanhuning injection, while the control group was treated with intravenous infusion ribavirin. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate was 96.30% in the study group, which was higher than 88.50% in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the disappearance time of fever, throat swelling, nasal obstruction and cough in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Yanhuning injection can quickly relieve clinical symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract infection, which has significant effect and no obvious side effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
