人性化护理在产科护理中的有效性分析

目的分析人性化护理在产科护理中的应用有效性。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年10月收治的156例产科患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组与研究组,各78例。参照组患者进行产科常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理基础上给予人性化护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度、护理质量及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的护理满意度及护理质量均明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产科患者在常规护理的基础上再应用人性化护理模式进行护理可以取得非常好的护理效果,可明显提高患者的护理满意度及护理质量,降低并发症发生率,加快患者身体恢复,值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of humanized nursing in obstetric nursing. Methods A total of 156 obstetric patients admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into reference group and study group, with 78 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group were treated with routine obstetric nursing, while patients in the study group were given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction rate, the quality of nursing and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate and nursing quality of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For obstetric patients, humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing can obtain very good effect, which can greatly improve the patients＂ satisfaction rate and nursing quality, reduce the incidence rate of complications, and prompt faster recovery, it is worth popularizing in clinical work.
