An Analysis of Culture of Cruise Tourism On Perspective of Law

邮轮旅游文化集中反映了邮轮产业的价值规范和行业特征,是邮轮旅游立法和管理的重要依据。我国对邮轮旅游文化的研究不足,是现今邮轮旅游立法陷入僵局、邮轮产业乱象丛生的重要原因。对此,有必要从法律的视角下对邮轮旅游文化进行系统梳理,从而为邮轮旅游立法和管理提供切实可行的指导路径,进而提升我国邮轮产业立法管理的科学性和实效性,维护邮轮旅客合法权益,保障我国邮轮旅游业的长久健康发展。

Culture of Cruise Tourism embodies a concentrated reflection of cruise industry＇ s characteristics and norm value, which becomes an important source of legislation and administration of cruise industry. Due to the deficiency of research of culture of cruise tourism, the process of legislation and administration came to a deadlock and a series of chaotic phenomenon occurred in cruise industry of China. With reference to the experience of domestic and exotic cruise industry legislation and practice, this article aims at concluding the typical features of culture of cruise tourism and feasible legal suggestions which aims at promoting the effectiveness and scientificity of cruise tourism legislation, the protection of cruise tourists＇ legal rights and the permanent development of cruise industry in China.
