摘要
超超临界二次再热机组与同容量的一次再热机组存在较大差异,导致动静态响应特性和控制策略发生较大变化。本文对国内首批建设的超超临界二次再热机组的静态响应特性、动态响应特性及运行验证技术和关键控制技术研究进行了概述,对其主要研究内容、研究成果和应用情况进行了阐述,在工程分析试验平台模拟负荷变动试验与机组投运后的实际负荷变动试验结果基本吻合,研究成果为超超临界二次再热机组顺利实施和按期投产提供了技术保障。
The dynamic and static response characteristics and control strategy of ultra-supercritical units with double-reheat cycle differ a lot from that of the ones with single-reheat cycle. Against this, researches on static respond characteristics, dynamic respond characteristics, commissioning verification technologies and critical control strategy for the first patch of ultra-supercritical units with double-reheat cycle in China were reviewed. The main research contents and achievements and its application were discussed in detail. The simulation results of the varying load test on the engineering simulation platform agree well with the actual load change test results after the unit was put into service. The research achievements provided technical support for construction and commissioning of the ultra-supercritical units with double-reheat cycle.
