摘要 传统的师生关系造就了体育教师独享课堂决策权。教师集权背景下的体育课堂多数表现为命令式的课堂,不利于学生核心素养的发展。体育课程的目标是培养具备学科核心素养的学生,目标的达成需要以课堂转型为前提,而课堂转型的关键即赋权于学生,让学生在决策的过程中做出个性化的行动。课程实施过程中,要求教师依据培养目标整体规划学习内容,单元设计是这一行动的基本指南。基于培养学生自主、合作、探究学习能力的愿景,适时调整课堂决策链,营造相匹配的课堂情境是体育课程改革的枢纽。 The traditional relationship between teachers and students created physical education teacher exclusive classroom decision-making power. Under the background of teacher centralization, most of the physical education classes are ordered classroom, which is not conducive to the formation of core literacy. The goal of physical education is to develop core literacy of discipline of students, the goal needs classroom transformation as the premise, and the key to classroom transformation is empowering students to make individualized actions in the decision-making process. In the course of curriculum implementation, teachers are required to plan learning content according to the training objectives as a whole, and unit design is the basic guide to this action. Based on the vision of cultivating students' autonomous learning, cooperative learning ability and inquiry learning ability, timely adjustment the chain of classroom decision-making , creating a matching classroom situation is the hinge of physical education curriculum reform.
