三维数字化重建技术在耳缺损个性化治疗中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨三维数字化重建技术在耳缺损个性化治疗中的临床应用。方法应用Artec Spider三维扫描仪获取患者健侧耳廓三维图像信息,将原始数据导入Geomagic软件,通过镜像处理转换成患侧耳廓模型,将模型数据导入Form1+快速成型3D打印机,构建患侧外耳三维模型,对于不同类型耳缺损患者选择个性化的治疗方案,在耳廓再造中用于术中指导个性化的自体肋软骨耳支架雕刻及颅耳角重建。结果 2015年至今采用三维数字化重建技术构建患侧外耳缺损模型19例,重建外耳亚结构单位大于10个,颅耳角成形稳定。随访6个月,再造耳的形态与健侧耳相似程度高,患者满意度高。结论应用三维数字化重建技术构建个性化外耳三维模型,相对于传统二维胶片模型更为直观、立体,可以辅助耳缺损患者个性化耳再造的治疗,值得临床应用。 Objective Study on the clinical application of using three-dimensional digital reconstruction technique in ear defects with individualized treatment. Method Scan the healthy ear of patient by the Artec spider three dimensional scanner to abtain the profile of three-dimensional images, then import the raw data into Geomagic software to convert into ear contour model by mirroring, at last, import ing the data into the Form1+ rapid prototyping 3D printer to construct the ipsilateral ear model. For treating different types of ear defect patients with individualized treatment programs, the ear model is designed to guide personalization in autogenous costal cartilage carving of auricle reconstruction. Result From 2015, we constructed the ipsilateral ear defect model in 19 cases with three-dimensional digital reconstruction technique, and rebuilded outer ear substructure units more than 10, maintaining stable skull base angle.For 6 months follow-up, the appearance of reconstructed ear are similar to the other ear, and the satisfaction of patients is high. Conclusion Relative to the traditional model of traditional two-dimensional film template of ear, the application of three dimensional reconstruction technology for building a personalized digital ear model, is more intuitive and stereoscopic, therefore this technology can assist the individual treatment of ear defects.
