摘要
为了研究花生SSR分子标记与品质性状之间的关系,本研究以农家品种四粒红和冀农黑3号杂交产生的251个重组自交系(RIL)群体为材料,运用SPSS17.0软件分析花生RIL群体品质性状与SSR分子标记的相关性。结果表明多数品质性状间有极显著或显著相关的关系。棕榈酸和油酸的相关系数最高为(r=-0.887),其次为硬脂酸和油酸(r=-0.753)。Pearson’s相关分析表明77个分子标记与8个品质性状存在着显著相关性。运用多元回归分析得到45个与8个品质性状相关的标记,解释的表型总变异的范围为8.1%~28.5%。上述结果为利用分子标记辅助选择改良花生的品质性状提供了参考。
In order to study the relationship between SSR markers and quality traits in peanut, 251 recombinant inbred lines(RILs), which derived from a cross between Silihong and Jinonghei 3, In this study, were employed to analyze the correlation relationship between quality traits and SSR markers using SPSS 17.0 software. in this study The results showed that there were significant correlations among 8 quality traits. The palmitic and oleic acid have higher correlation, followed by stearic acid and oleic acid(r =-0.753). Through pearson's correlation analysis, 77 molecular markers(r=-0.887) were significantly correlated with 8 quality traits. Forty five molecular markers were associated with 8 quality traits by stepwise multiple linear regression analysis with explained phenotypic variances of 8.1% -28.5%. The results are useful for improvement of quality traits by molecular marker-assisted selection.
