摘要
转基因菊花在生产应用中具有良好的前景,而未知的环境安全性严重制约其发展。对转Vgb基因菊花开展连续两年的中间试验,在栽培管理条件一致、安全防护措施严格的前提下,转基因菊花T0代,T1代外源标记基因PMI和目的 Vgb经PCR技术检测均稳定存在,周边杂草及非转基因菊花尚无基因漂移现象发生,越冬越夏能力相对对照不显著。本实验说明试验地内转基因菊花外源基因在两年内仍稳定存在于基因组中,而且尚未发生基因漂移的可能,其微弱的生长竞争力转变为杂草的可能性极低。
Transgenic Chrysanthemum with unknown environment security seriously restricts its good prospect in application. The Vgb gene transgenic Chrysanthemum were carried out for two years of field trial. On the premise of consistent cultivation conditions and strict security measures, exogenous gene PMI and Vgb detected by PCR were stably integrated in the genome of T0 and T1generations. And the transgenic Chrysanthemum had no gene drifting phenomenon in the weeds and wild Chrysanthemum. No significant difference was found in the ability of adapting to the summer and winter. This experiment suggested that exogenous gene of transgenic Chrysanthemum remained stable in the genome by two years of field trial, and the possibility of horizontal transfer was very low. It was very unlikely that the growth and competitiveness would become weeds currently.
