益气解毒化瘀方治疗慢性复发型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效及对凝血状态的影响

Effects of Yiqi Jiedu Huayu recipe on coagulation in patients with chronic recurrent Ulcerative Colitis and its clinical effect

[目的]观察益气解毒化瘀方对慢性复发型溃疡性结肠炎患者凝血状态的影响及其临床疗效。[方法]将60例UC患者随机分为治疗组(益气解毒化瘀方联合西药美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒),对照组(美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒)各30例,疗程为1个月,观察两组患者治疗前后症状、Mayo、Baron内镜评分、ESR、CRP以及关于UC凝血状态的相关指标(PLT、MPV、FIB、D-D、PT)的变化。[结果]治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在粘液脓血便、里急后重评分治疗组较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后Mayo、Baron内镜评分、ESR、CRP、PLT、FIB、D-D水平均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);MPV及PT显著升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]益气解毒化瘀方治疗UC有显著疗效,有改善慢性复发型活动期UC患者的疾病活动指数,内镜评分,血沉、超敏C反应蛋白的作用。并可通过上调UC患者体内血清MPV水平,下调血清PLT水平、延长PT以及降低血浆FIB、D-D、ESR、CRP水平来改善UC的凝血状态。

[Objective]To observe the blood coagulation state changes in chronic recurrent ulcerative colitis patients and the effect of Yiqi Jiedu Huayu recipe on UC.[Methods]60 patients with UC were randomly divided into the treatment group（Yiqi Jiedu Huayu recipe combined Mesalazine Granules）and the control group（Mesalazine Granules）.30 cases in each group.After the treatment of one month,the symptom changes,disease activity index,endoscopic grade index,ESR,CRP and the blood coagulation index（PLT,MPV,FIB,D-D,PT）of UC were observed.[Results]The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The treatment group could improve the symptoms of mucous purulent blood,tenesmus,better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Compared with control group,the Mayo and Baron score of treatment group were significantly reduced after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.The level of ESR,CRP,PLT,FIB,D-D of treatment group were significantly reduced after treatment.,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The level of MPV and PT were statistically higher after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Yiqi Jiedu Huayu recipe can improve the clinical efficacy of UC and can significantly improve thedisease activity index,endoscopic grade,ESR,CRP in chronic recurrent of UC patients.And Yiqi Jiedu Huayu recipe can improve blood coagulation state of UC patients by increasing the level of serum MPV,reducing the level of serum PLT,prolonging PT and reducing the level of plasma FIB,D-D,ESR,CRP.
