中西医联合用药治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效评价

Clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of atrophic gastritis

[目的]探讨中西医联合用药治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗方法与治疗效果。[方法]在本院2014年1月~2016年1月期间收治的萎缩性胃炎患者中选取200例,按照患者不同的治疗方式将其分为观察组与对照组各100例,观察组患者采用中西医联合用药治疗,对照组患者采用单纯西医药治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后的临床症状评分、治疗后发生不良反应以及疾病复发率。[结果]经过治疗后,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率达到96%,明显高于对照组患者的78%,P<0.05。在患者治疗前的胃痛、胃胀、嗳气、大便不畅、纳差等临床症状评分相近的情况下,治疗后观察组患者的评分改变更大,表明治疗效果更好,P<0.05。不良反应方面,观察组患者出现2例恶心呕吐、1例面色潮红,不良反应发生率为3%,明显低于对照组患者的14%,P<0.05。而在3个月的随访中发现,观察组患者仅有3例复发,复发率为3%,也明显低于对照组21%的复发率,P<0.05。[结论]采用中西医联合用药的方式治疗萎缩性胃炎,具有较高的临床应用价值,疗效明显,安全可靠,值得在萎缩性胃炎疾病的治疗中广泛推广应用。

[Objective]To explore the clinical treatment and therapeutic effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of atrophic gastritis.[Methods]200 patients were treated for atrophic gastritis from January 2014 to January 2016,and equally divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.The patients in the observation group were treated with Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine,the control group of patients with simple Western medicine treatment.We compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms score,adverse reactions after treatment and disease recurrence rate.[Results]After treatment,the total effective rate was 96% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.In the case of patients with stomach pain,bloating,belching,poor stool,anorexia and other clinical symptoms similar to the case,the symptom scores in the observation group changed more after treatment,indicating better treatment（P〈0.05）.The observation group had 2 cases of nausea and vomiting,1 case of flushing,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.At the follow-up of 3 months,only 3 patients had recurrence in the observation group,and the recurrence rate was 3%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for atrophic gastritis has a high clinical value,effectiveness,safety and reliability,worthy of wide clinical application.
