乙型肝炎患者乙肝两对半模式和乙肝病毒DNA定量相关性研究

Study on the quantitative correlation between hepatitis B virus DNA and hepatitis B virus in patients with hepatitis B

[目的]探讨乙肝病毒感染患者中乙肝两对半模式和乙肝病毒DNA定量相关性。[方法]以在三亚市人民医院就诊的乙型肝炎患者500例为研究对象,分别采用酶联免疫吸附法及荧光定量PCR法测定其乙肝两对半及乙肝病毒DNA(HBV-DNA)定量,观察两者之间的相关性。[结果]共纳入乙型肝炎患者500例,其中大三阳患者HBV-DNA定量对数值显著高于其他组(P<0.05;e抗原定量与HBV-DNA对数定量相关分析显示:e抗原阳性患者中,e抗原定量值与HBV-DNA对数定量呈高度线性相关(r=0.81);e抗原阴性患者e抗原定量值与HBVDNA对数定量呈中度线性相关(r=0.52)。[结论]乙型肝炎患者中乙肝两对半模式与HBV-DNA定量值存在明显相关性,两者联合检测可准确反映乙型肝炎患者体内乙肝病毒复制情况,值得临床借鉴参考。

[Objective]To investigate the correlation of＂two and a half pairs of hepatitis B＂models and HBV DNA quantitative in HBV infected patients.[Methods]500 patients with hepatitis B in our hospital,as the research object,and the determination of the two semi hepatitis B and hepatitis B virus DNA（HBVDNA）were assayed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and fluorescence quantitative PCR quantitative.The correlation was observed between the two modes.[Results]The study included 500 patients with hepatitis B,among them whose surface antigen,e antigen and core antibody positive,HBV-DNA numerical quantification were significantly higher than that in other groups（P〈0.05）;e antigen quantitative correlation with HBV-DNA log quantitative analysis showed that in e antigen positive patients,the quantitative value of e antigen was high linear correlated with the logarithm of HBV-DNA（r=0.81）;In e antigen negative patients,the quantitative value of e antigen was moderately linear correlation with the logarithm of HBV-DNA（r=0.52）.[Conclusion]There is a significant correlation between hepatitis B two-pair model and HBV-DNA quantification in patients with hepatitis B,and both joint detection can accurately reflect the hepatitis B virus replication in vivo,it is worthy for clinical reference.
