老年人骨质疏松性骨折的危险因素与干预措施

Risk Factors and Intervention Measures of Osteoporotic Fracture in the Elderly

目的调查老年人骨质疏松性骨折的危险因素,并探讨相应的干预措施。方法从2014年起选取80名合适的老年人作为研究对象,随机分为干预组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),并进行为期2年的干预管理。结果在发生骨折的危险因素中,女性、70岁以上、低钙饮食、骨密度低的骨质疏松老年人较容易发生骨折。经过护理后,干预组骨质疏松老年人总骨折发生率10.0%,远低于对照组的27.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组骨质疏松患者护理后的总满意率(95.0%)高于对照组患者(80.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过积极的社区干预能预防老年人骨质疏松性骨折及老年人跌倒发生率,在降低老年人骨质疏松性骨折发生率的同时,提高老年人的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of osteoporotic fracture in the elderly and to explore the corresponding intervention measUres.Methods Random sample selection from 2014 in the local community of 80 more than 60 years of age and older people living more than 1 years as the research object which were randomly divided into ＇intervention group（n=40）and control group （n=40）.All selected subjects were intervened and managed for a period of 2 years,to help the elderly to master the main fac- tors and preventive measures of osteoporotic fracture, after the end of the statistical analysis results.Results In the risk of fractures, women,70 years of age or older,low calcium diet,low bone density Osteoporosis in older people prone to fracture.After care,the in- tervention group of osteoporosis in the elderly,the incidence of total fracture rate of 10.0% was far lower than the control group of 22.5%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）.The total satisfaction rate （95.0%）in the interven- tion group was higher than that in the control group（87.5%）,the difference of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through active community intervention can prevent senile osteoporotie fracture and the incidence of falls in the elder people,while reducing the incidence of osteoporotic fracture in the elder age and improving the quality of elder＇ life.
