摘要
目的评价PBL教学法在儿科临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月间48名新进儿科护理实习生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统护理带教模式,观察组给予PBL结合传统护理带教模式,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的理论成绩(P<0.05)和操作成绩(P<0.01)均优于对照组;观察组发生护理操作无章法(P<0.01)、不规范操作(P<0.05)和其他(P<0.01)等不规范事件的发生率均低于对照组;观察组患者及家属对护理总体满意度也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法应用于儿科临床护理带教中,为新进实习生今后的护理工作夯实了基础,为患者的生命健康增添的保障,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the application of PBL teaching method in pediatric clinical nursing effect.Methods Selection from January 2015 to January 2016 between 48 new pediatric nursing interns as the research object,and randomly divided into con- trol group and observation group,control group given conventional nursing teaching mode,the observation group was given PBL combined with traditional nursing teaching mode, compared two groups of nursing effect.Results Observation group theory result (P〈0.05)and the operation result (P〈0.01 )were better than control group;Observation group nursing way operation (P〈0.01), non- standard operation(P〈0.05)and other(P〈0.01 ),and other non-standard events incidence were lower than the control group;Obser- vation group of patients and their families to the overall satisfaction with nursing care was also significantly better than that of con- trol group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method used in pediatric clinical nursing teaching,nursing work to consolidate the foundation for the construction of the new interns in the future,add the guarantee for the patient's life and health,is worth popu- larization and application.
